Lips - small decal

Permanent vinyl decal:

to be applied on a smooth clean flat surface. IE; car window, laptop, notebook, tumbler, water bottle etc

This is not a heat transfer product. The surface will need to be cleaned prior to application with isopropyl alcohol. Once decal is placed, varnish (smooth out) with a credit card or hard flat object and slowly remove the transfer tape and discard.
