If you are local to Brighton CO and want to do porch pick up for your tumbler, please use code pickup to remove the shipping charge. If you do not input the code, you will be charged for shipping and will not be refunded. IF you do want to do local pickup, I will message you after your order is placed to coordinate.

• If there is any issue/defect with your tumbler within the first 48 hours of receiving it, I want to make it right. Email me at buyfeliciatumblers@gmail.com with any concerns!
• Buy Felicia is NOT responsible for wear and tear on your tumbler or your tumbler lid. If you need a replacement lid for any reason, please contact me and I will provide the website on where to buy a replacement. Buy Felicia does not carry and will not provide replacement lids.
• If you drop or do not follow the care instructions for your tumbler, I will not be able to fix it if cracked or mishandled/cared for.
• My tumblers are not guaranteed to fit in vehicle cup holders due to the thickness of a finished tumbler. If your tumbler does not fit, Amazon sells cup holder adapters that will work.
• Tumblers are made with high quality products. Please note that all epoxy will eventually yellow over time and if the tumbler is left in the sun frequently.
• Tumblers are handmade and small imperfections may be present.
