Things to keep in mind:

• Buy Felicia tumblers are always made with high quality products. This includes the cups, glitter, vinyl and epoxy.

• All Buy Felicia mugs are handmade with love, so slight imperfections may be present

• There is a 10-20 day processing time

• Use an email you have access to when placing your order. If we have questions when creating your order, we will reach out via the email supplied

• All tumblers come with a Buy Felicia logo on the bottom

• Buy Felicia is NOT responsible for wear and tear on your tumbler or your tumbler lid.

• If you drop or do not follow the care instructions for your tumbler, I will not be able to fix it if cracked or mishandled/cared for.

• Tumblers are not guaranteed to fit in vehicle cup holders. Amazon sells cup holder adapters that will solve this issue

• Please note that all epoxy will eventually yellow over time and if the tumbler is left in the sun frequently.
