What is the return policy?

Your tumbler is a custom item, and cannot be returned. I communicate with you through the whole process to ensure that the final item is exactly what you want and that you love the final product.

How do I care for my tumbler?

Wash by hand and do not soak! Please don't leave in a hot car. Your custom tumbler is not dishwasher or microwave safe. If you drop your tumbler, it will crack and we cannot repair.

Do you offer any discounts?

Periodically, I will offer discounts - follow me on Facebook to see any type of special or discount.

My tumbler arrived damaged, what do I do?

I package all tumblers with extra bubble wrap, therefore, if it arrives damaged it is at fault of USPS and you may file a claim through USPS. I will not accept any damaged tumblers nor will I remake the tumbler until the claim is settled through USPS. Once the tumbler leaves Buy Felicia, there is nothing I can do. This includes broken straws and lids.

Warranty notes

If there is any issue/defect with your tumbler within the first 7 days of receiving it, I want to make it right. Email me at buyfeliciatumblers@gmail.com with any concerns!

Buy Felicia is NOT responsible for wear and tear on your tumbler or your tumbler lid. If you need a replacement lid for any reason, please contact me and I will provide the website on where to buy a replacement. Buy Felicia does not carry and will not provide replacement lids. 

If you drop or do not follow the care instructions for your tumbler, I will not be able to fix it if cracked or mishandled/cared for. 

My tumblers are not guaranteed to fit in vehicle cup holders due to the thickness of a finished tumbler. If your tumbler does not fit, Amazon sells cup holder adapters that will work.
